TAPLOW United Youth Under 10s impressed in a match against Tring Tornadoes in the South Bucks Mini Soccer conference on Sunday.
The young stars entertained those present with a never say die attitude and played some attacking football right until the final whistle.
Chalfont Saints Vipers U12s pulled off a superb 3-1 win at Townmead Youth in Division One of the Thames Valley Development League.
The result means there is now a three-way tie at the top of the table with Townmead, Explorers Red and Chalfont all on 21 points although the latter two have played a game less.
Multiple teams in the league are looking for additional players. Langley-based Golden Eagles are looking for people aged nine to joint their U10s seven-a-side team. The side train on a Saturday and play matches on a Sunday. For more information call Liz Barnett on 01753 539024.
