Mayor of the Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Councillor Neil Knowles has been very active on social media lately, paying respect to other members of his political cohort.
In a recent post on Twitter, the Councillor paid his thanks to the Deputy Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead for standing in for him at local events that he otherwise could not attend.
In the tweet, Councillor Knowles said "Myself and our Deputy Mayor work as a team, he covers things I can't get to. Here are some pics of various events."
Councillor Simon Bond took up the position of Deputy Mayor earlier this year in 2023 and will continue his position into 2024.
With a background in economics and finance, Cllr Bond takes a particular interest in the contribution we can all make as individuals, together with organisations, to a more sustainable economy and environment.
